Try some tapenade for extra antioxidants and a boost off flavor.  Try with crackers, crudities or to add flavor to pasta, fish or chicken.  Easy and delicious.

• 1/2 pound mixed pitted olives, rinsed in cool water
• 2 anchovy fillets, rinsed
• 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 TB capers
• basil leaves
• 1 TB lemon juice + zest of 1/2 lemon
• 2 TB olive oil
• Place all ingredients in bowl of process and process until it makes a coarse paste, scraping sides of bowl several time. Transfer to serving bowl and serve with crackers or bread.
