Cooking is a skill like any other – it takes time and practice. But when you get it…EUREKA! You’ve got it for life.
When you learn things like:
- knife skills (mince, chop, slice, etc)
- methods (saute, broil, roast, bake, braise, etc.)
then you can cook anything! It doesn’t take a huge kitchen or piles of equipment either. So this section will be all about kitchen skills and techniques, with instructional videos. If you’re a novice, I hope it will encourage you to get in there and practice. If you’ve been at it for a long time, maybe you’ll share some of your kitchen tricks – there are always new ones!
