Millet is not just for the birds!

It’s nutritious, with many health benefits.  In fact, millet is not just 1 grain but the name given to a group of several different grains from the same family. Like all whole grains, millet helps lower risks of type 2 diabetes and is heart healthy too.

It’s delicious (nice nutty flavor), cooks quickly and can be used in a variety of ways (cereals, pilafs, salads, etc.).
